Eberhard Haule
Project Manager for the Rafiki Village Project
Eberhard Haule — known to his friends and colleagues as "Haule" — has been an integral part of the Rafiki Village Project since its founding in 2016. David first met him on the cultural safari that brought him to Dumbeta Ward for the first time. The two have worked together as a team ever since — Haule on the ground in Tanzania, David mostly from the United States.
As Project Manager, Haule oversees all construction projects from planning through completion. He manages the organization's finances in Tanzania and serves as the essential link between the RVP and the contractors, community leaders, and government officials who make its work possible. Haule's English fluency, cultural insights, and creative thinking have been indispensable to the success of the organization.
