THOMAS BARRIE
WARD COUNSELOR
The Ward Counselor is an elected position similar to a mayor. Nicodemus is a lifelong resident of  Dumbeta Ward. It’s accurate to say that he personally knows most of Dumbeta Ward’s 8000+ residents. His dedication to improving the lives of his constituents is obvious to anyone who spends five minutes talking to him about his work. Little happens in the Ward without his knowledge and input. His advice has been indispensable to The Rafiki Village Project.
