AGATA  EMANUEL  NIIMA
Community Engagement Director

Agata has been an employee of the Rafiki Village Project since April 2024. As our community engagement director she is the principal liaison between the community of Dumbeta Ward and our organization. Her daily communication with community members provides us with valuable insight into how well we are meeting the needs of the community. This allows the partnership between us and the community to grow and flourish.  Agata is also our maintenance manager. She regularly inspects all our projects and informs us of problems that need our attention. This helps ensure the long-term success of our mission.

Agata was born and raised in Hanang District. She attended Dumbeta Secondary School, and has firsthand knowledge of the challenges facing the school.  She attended Ikungi High School. After receiving her A level certification she attended the University of Dodoma. In 2021, she graduated with a Bachelor of Education in Policy Planning and Management. Agata is an excellent public speaker and works part-time as a professional master of ceremonies. In her spare time, she enjoys singing, dancing and netbal.
